Rules for submission of contest entries/entrants:
1. If under 18 years of age you must have parental consent to submit entry.
2. Your Contest Entry(s) must have been officially entered and accepted by the 2014 Sandwich Fair Photography Exhibit, you are required to submit your exhibitors number when submitting your photo(s). If your exhibitor number entered in the contest does not match your 2014 exhibitor number used with your photo exhibit you may be disqualified from the contest.
3. You may only make one photo submission per each of your Photography entries to the Fair.
4. You may not  create ghost or fictitious accounts- this can and will be tracked by IP- discovery of fictitious/ghost  accounts and or abusive voting from a common ip and may result in all votes from that ip being revoked and entrants associated with that IP being disqualified from the competition. 
5. All entries must be submitted by the end of the day September 3 2014.
6. Entrants further grant to WSPYFM and Associated Media Companies the right to announce on radio and publish their proper name online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the Contest.
7. By entering your photo(s) into this contest you certify and accept all liability personally for the content copyright and permission of subjects of the photo to be redistributed for the purposes of this contest. Do not submit photos of individuals or subjects of your photo(s) who have not consented to publication of their photo.
8.WSPY reserves the right to reject all photo submissions that WSPY deems to be in bad public taste.
9. Winners of the contest will only be notified by email. Failure to reply to the official winning email within 2 business days of delivery of email will result in disqualification.
10. All voters may only cast 10 votes per day.
11. You may submit one photo per exhibit- you may not submit duplicate photos of the same exhibit.

Prizes 
Two Prizes will be awarded. Prizes will be awarded based on the largest number of votes received by and photo by Class of Entrant.The grand prizes are gift certificates good for one night stays at Chula Vista Resort in Wisconsin Dells.   Winners will be determined after September 13th and awarded on the WSPY premises in Plano Il. Also Every other day one person who voted during the two previous days shall be chosen at random to win a pair of movie tickets.

No purchase necessary.


 This contest is void where prohibited by law.

Winners will be contacted by information provided. If a winner is unreachable after (2) days, or if that winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected. If WSPYFM cannot find an eligible winner for the prize, that prize will not be awarded.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.


Automated voting of any kind is not allowed. Detection of said automated voting will lead to votes being voided.

Only one registered account per voter. If multiple accounts are detected for a single voter, they may be disabled and votes disqualified.

WSPYFM reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value. 

WSPYFM reserves the right to restrict the local winners to only persons whose primary residence is within a 60 mile radius of the affiliate's' office.

Employees of WSPYFM and gophersavings, and immediate family members of each are not eligible. 

Contest entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the contest commissioners, which are final on all matters pertaining to the contest. 

Entrants further grant to WSPYFM the right to use and publish their proper name and state online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the Contest.

WSPYFM reserves the right to use any and all information related to the Contest, including information on contestants obtained through the contest, for marketing purposes or any other purpose, unless prohibited by law. 

The Contest and all of the related pages, contents and code are copyright, UPICKEM, and/or WSPYFM. Copying or unauthorized use of any copyrighted materials, trademarks or any other intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited. 

Each winner, by acceptance of the prize, agrees to release all Sponsors, and their parent and subsidiary companies, their officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising agencies from all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.

UPICKEM and WSPYFM are not responsible for Internet crashes or slowdowns caused by network congestion, viruses, sabotage, satellite failures, phone line failures, electrical outages, natural disasters or acts of man or God.

All results posted are unofficial until winners respond to e-mail notification.


This contest is not intended for gambling. If it is determined that a contestant is using the contest for gambling purposes they will be disqualified and reported to authorities.

WSPYFM reserves the right to change the rules at any time.

WSPY FM reserves the right to interpret and make final decisions of interpretation of its rules at its sole discretion at any time.
