Photo Submission Begins at 00:00:01 on Decebmber 10 2012

Awards ceremony to be held live on air at earliest possible date after December 26th 2012. Winners will be notified of date and asked to participate.

 Rules for submission of contest entries/entrants:

1. If under 18 years of age you must have parental consent to submit entry.

2. Each contestant may only enter one photo. If more than one photo is submitted either all or the additional photos may be deleted and contestant may be disqualified from the contest.

3. Only one contest account is allowed per person, detection of more than one account created controlled or used by the same person may result in that person being disqualified from the contest and or having their votes and contest submission rescinded. You may not create ghost or fictitious accounts- this can be tracked by IP- discovery of fictitious/ghost accounts and or abusive voting from a certain IP address may result in all votes from that IP being revoked and contestants associated with that IP being disqualified from the competition.

4.  Entrants  grant to GopherSavings and affiliated Companies the right to announce on radio, and publish in print and on affiliated websites their proper name in connection with the Contest.

5. By entering your photo(s) into this contest you certify and accept all liability personally for the content copyright and permission of subjects of the photo to be redistributed for the purposes of this contest. Do not submit photos of individuals or subjects of your photo(s) who have not consented to publication of their photo.

6. GopherSavings reserves the right to reject all photo submissions that GopherSavings deems to be in bad taste or any submissions GopherSavings decided are contrary to the nature of the Contest. All decisions by Gopher Savings are final.

7. Winners of the contest will be notified by email. Failure to reply to the official winning email within 2 business days of the email being may result in disqualification.

8. Voters may only cast 10 votes per day.

Prizes

The prizes for the contest are awarded to the submission with the most votes at the end of the contest.

Winners will be contacted by information provided. If a winner is unreachable after (2) days, or if that winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected. If GopherSavings cannot find an eligible winner for the prize, that prize will not be awarded.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Automated voting of any kind is not allowed. Detection of said automated voting may lead to votes being voided.

Only one registered account per voter. If multiple accounts are detected for a single voter, they may be disabled and votes disqualified.

GopherSavings reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value.

GopherSavings reserves the right to restrict the local winners to only persons whose primary residence is within a 30 mile radius of the affiliate's' office.

Employees of GopherSavings and sister station and immediate family members of each are not eligible.

Contest entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the contest commissioners, which are final on all matters pertaining to the contest.

Entrants further grant to Gophersavings the right to use and publish their proper name and city of residence online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the Contest.

GopherSavings reserves the right to use any and all information related to the Contest, including information on contestants obtained through the contest, for marketing purposes or any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.

Each winner, by acceptance of the prize, agrees to release all Sponsors, and their parent and subsidiary companies, their officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising agencies from all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.

UPICKEM and GopherSavings are not responsible for Internet crashes or slowdowns caused by network congestion, viruses, sabotage, satellite failures, phone line failures, electrical outages, natural disasters or acts of man or God.

All results posted are unofficial until winners respond to e-mail notification.

This contest is not intended for gambling. If it is determined that a contestant is using the contest for gambling purposes they will be disqualified and reported to authorities.
